Ranger History
After graduating from one of, if not the toughest military school in the world, I was trained to adopt this Creed as part of my life. When I left the military I stucked with it and it has helped me over come some of the toughest obstacles in life, keep order in my life, and conduct business to the outmost of professionalism. As a U.S. Army Ranger you are expected to uphold the highest of standards and ethics. You are required to follow orders with out a question. You are required to put your life in harms way in order to protect your friends, family, our societies, and our country. I have done just that, I do not regret anything I did for my country, as I know many Rangers and service members do not regret anything as well. I can honestly tell you that I served my country proud and did the best I could do to follow this Creed.
Since I know that following this Creed has allowed me to become a better person, set the example for others to follow, and has helped me become a humble, but stern leader, I will now hold my athletes to such standards and help shape their life, one that the current society has definetely diminished with all the corruption, dishonesty, self service, violence, arrogance, and much more negativity that is displayed on the news, newspapers, and in our places of work. Society needs LEADERS. But a leaders that care about people and not afraid to take on responsibility. Individuals who are not afraid to stand up for those who are being oppressed by the rich, the inpure, and our corrupted politicians. Leaders lead from the front, and not direct from the rear. Leaders face adversities and face them head on, and not pass the ball to some one else. A leader is not afraid to ask for advice from his followers, nor afraid to make mistakes. But a Leader, fixes mistakes for the better, grows from the advice of his followers, and is sympathetic to those he leads.
So with this you can read the US Army Creed and the RCF Creed

“US ARMY RANGER CREED”
R ecognizing that I volunteered as a Ranger, fully knowing the hazards of my chosen profession. I will always endeavor to uphold the prestige, honor and high “esprit de corps” of my Ranger Regiment.
A cknowledging the fact that a Ranger is a more elite soldier who arrives at the cutting edge of battle by land, sea, or air. I accept the fact that as a Ranger my country expects me to move further, faster and fight harder than any other soldier.
N ever shall I fail my comrades. I will always keep myself mentally alert, physically strong and morally straight and I will shoulder more than my share of the task whatever it may be. One hundred percent and then some
G allantly will I show the world that I am a specially selected and well trained soldier. My courtesy to superior officers, neatness of dress and care of equipment shall set the example for others to follow.
E nergetically will I meet the enemies of my country- I shall defeat them on the field of battle for I am better trained and will fight with all my might. Surrender is not a Ranger word. I will never leave a fallen comrade to fall into the hands of the enemy and under no circumstances will I ever embarrass my country.
R eadily will I display the intestinal fortitude required to fight on to the Ranger objective and complete the mission, though I be the lone survivor.
Rangers Lead the Way….Hoooah!!!.

“Ranger CrossFit Creed”
R ecognizing that I volunteered as a CrossFitter, fully knowing the hazards of my chosen sport. I will always endeavor to uphold the prestige, honor, and highest esprit de corp of my RCF community.
A cknowledging the fact that a CrossFitter is a more elite athlete who runs, jumps, and throws, in and outside the box. I accept the fact that as a CrossFitter my coaches expect me to move large loads, for a long distance, very quickly and in a safe manner, and work harder than any other athlete.
N ever shall I fail my fellow CrossFitters. I will always keep myself mentally alert, physically strong and morally straight and I will shoulder more than my share of the task, whether known or unknown. One hundred percent and then some
G allantly will I show my community that I am a specially selected and well trained athlete. My courtesy to the coaches, fellow CrossFitters, and the care of the equipment shall set the example for others to follow.
E nergetically will I meet the Work Out of the Day- I shall accomplish it with great courage, for I am better trained and will work with all my strength. Surrender is not a Ranger word. I will never leave a fallen CrossFitter to fall into the hands of weakness and under no circumstances will I ever embarrass my coaches.
R eadily will I display the intestinal fortitude required to work through the WOD, regardless of what it is, KNOWN or UNKNOWN, in a fast and safely manner, even if I am the last and lone survivor.
