PR Week: Day 2

WOD:
- Push Press (1 RM)
- Pull Ups Max Reps
- Hand Stand (max time)
- 400 m run
First day of PRs was outstanding with athletes racking up some burpees: today we also had some athletes racking up some serious weight in the Push press and we had several athletes that did a handstand for the first time ever.

Monday was my rest day, so can/do we need to make up missed days?
Good question Oscar, if anyone wants to make up what they miss. We can do it, when we are done with that days PRs. If we have time. We can do one event at a time, you do not have to do all events in one day.
