Here are some Ranger CrossFitters after the All American Edinburg 10k. On February6th. Thank you guys for representing RCF and we hope to see you all next weekend in Harlingen, kicking everyone’s butt.

Sorry agian everyone for the late posting, as some of you know I am going through a hard time, nothing I can’t handle, just I need to catch up to some things.  Rules are very Important, as I have mentioned a million times. It is essential to maintain order in a society, community, and amongst groups or cults. WE are a group, community, society, a family, and a cult. Yes a CULT. We all love and hate CrossFit. We all await for the WOD and when we see it either we think is an easy one, but we later find out it is not, after we get our A$$ kicked, or we know is brutal but we want to feel the pain. Masachist, as some would say it. But what we all love for the most part and about CrossFit is: 1. The family and unity and 2. the great results we all are getting. Whether you do the Rx’d WOD or modified, we are still getting the results cause we work hard for it. Remember “RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED, THEY ARE EARNED.” So you must earn your results and work hard for them.

With that said, the RULES are an important part of a well stablished community or society or group, like US. We are not your Typical Globo gym, we are a CrossFit BOX. We love what we do, from the coaches to the newest of Athletes. Rules keep all of us in order and in a peaceful enviroment, as much as possible. If rules are not followed we must get some corrective training, so I like to call it. It is not punishment, but we correct your behavior. NO, it is not the military, it does not need to be the Military to be discipline. That is something I believe We, as a society are lacking; DISCIPLINE, loyalty, honor, duty, courage, selfless-service, and integrity. These rules that I have established are to help all of us follow or learn such values. Follow them and instill them in our daily lives. Such as home, work, school, with friends, family, co-workers, and others. I am sure you expect the best of care, service, and professionalism from my coaches and I, so I expect sopme discpline from you. Cause I care, WE care about you, your health, and your future.

So readthe rules no one is except from them. Follow them. And if you violate any, some, or all face the consequences our your choices. We will remind you of what is expected and we will have am awesome enviroment, the best of training, and FUN while we suffer. Adios we will see you tomorrow.
