    Wow, Crossfit in the Wall Street Journal. Nice! That guy is an animal. Truly inspirational. All of a sudden my sore back doesn’t feel that bad anymore. Bring it on, Mr. Pukie!!

    Great video! It was very inspiring, and makes me feel bad that I’m not at the Box because I have a cold…Crossfit is calling for Thur & Fri
