THIS IS A TRUE WORKOUT PLACE THAT SHOWS NOT ONLY CORRECT TECHNIQUE, BUT CARE ABOUT ACCOMPLISHING THE TASKS AT YOUR PACE BUT WITH CONSISTENCY—PAULINE AND HER HUSBAND ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN WHAT THEY ARE DOING GREAT JOB TO ALL THE COACHES–ALL MY FAMILY JOINED AND MY SON IS ONLY 11 AND HE LOVES IT BECAUSE THEY SINCERELY CARE ABOUT HOW HE DOES HIS EXERCISES AND HE HAS BEEN IN SPORTS AND NO COACH HAS HELPED HIM AS MUCH AS PAULINA AND THE REST OF THE COACHES THANKS FOR A GREAT JOB
