Not trying to be rude or anything, but you guys have a damm good website, program, and one of the best damm qualified Coaches around (Head Coach, Miguel). You guys are doing something awesome for the community, keep up the great job. And thanks to Mr. De La Fuente, for serving our country, putting his life in danger for our freedom, and most of all, for been a Ranger, God Knows I couldn't even handle that.

CrossFit is by far the best training, can't compare to a regular gym, $150 is not enough for what you guys do. But great job guys.Wish you all the best.

Hello. I've been CrossFitting for about a year and a half. The first year or so by following HQ's WODs in my garage/yard, and the last 3 months at Red River Crossfit in Shreveport, Louisiana (www.redrivercrossfit.com). I know about Ranger CrossFit through my cousin, Marcos Oliva.

I'm contacting you because my brother, Efrain, is moving to the area and is interested in getting back into CrossFitting. We CrossFitted together when we were doing it out of the garage. He isn't interested in CrossFit Endurance. Not now, anyway. But we're both confused. If he simply wants to get back into "regular" CrossFitting, how much will he have to pay per month? The way I read the information in the Schedules/Fees section, the on-ramp requirement is just for CrossFit Endurance, and not the regular classes. If that's correct, please let me know. That way I can relay the information to my brother and he can swing by to pay and get back into it.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Cheers.
